Andy update

Here is the newest photo we have of Andy (with his foster mom).  Evidently he is quite the little flirt;  his social worker and foster mom say he is popular in the neighborhood.  We can't wait to see him!

We received notice from the Dept. of Homeland Security that his visa has been approved for entry to the U.S.  We are now waiting for this visa as well as his passport-both have to be issued from S. Korea.  And we are hoping that Kim Jong-il doesn't blow up that part of the world anytime soon, as we really don't want anything to delay our travel.
